Chef’s Table Series at Adrift Mare

ADRIFT Mare invites guests to an intimate Chef’s Table Series every other Saturday at 7 p.m., bringing together just 10 diners for a chef-led communal dining experience with Executive Chef Juan Carlos Lavalle. The evening features a multi-course Mediterranean Seafood Experience highlighting fresh seafood, citrus-forward flavors and bold accompaniments, with dishes such as kampachi crudo, East Coast oysters, Octopus Santorini, grilled tiger prawns and a whole grilled catch of the day. Curated beverage pairings are included throughout the experience, followed by black cherry clafoutis with olive oil ice cream for dessert. Designed for guests searching for unique dining experiences, chef’s table dinners, tasting menus and special date-night ideas, the series offers an exclusive menu available only during the event.
